Kobe Bryant’s Muse documentary coming this fall

A new documentary is coming out on Kobe Bryant as the Black Mamba himself will be the primary focus in Kobe Bryant’s Muse. The film will document the past two injury-laden seasons that only saw the Lakers superstar play in 6 games. As Kobe says, he views the doc as an “introspective—it’s more about who or what has inspired me.” Looking forward to what’s sure to be a motivational look into the rehab and mindset of the Black Mamba. Look out for Kobe Bryant’s Muse on Showtime at the start of the season in November.

Los Angeles Lakers star Kobe Bryant is not only preparing for the final phase of his championship career, he’s also getting ready for his close-up.

Bryant is the focus of an upcoming documentary, “Kobe Bryant’s Muse,” a feature-length film about his life, inspirations and challenges, which will air on Showtime this fall.

The project, which is being directed by Gotham Chopra, has been in production for 10 months and is still being shot. It is scheduled to be broadcast in November.

“This is about what has inspired me in my life and career,” Bryant said during an appearance at the Television Critics Assn. “It’s about looking forward to the challenge of what the next stage will be.”
