August Alsina “FML” f/ Pusha T

Just a short while ago, the 2014 XXL Class Freshman August Alsina, uploaded a terrifying picture upon Instagram with a noose around his neck, giving the vision of himself being hung. With this picture being posted, it sent the media and fans into a  huge uproar. While many people tried to figure out the meaning, August refused to give much detail of explanation. Now, we finally have the opportunity to see what all the fuss was about. Today, August finally unleashes his new “FML” music video.

I’ve been where you are… Through the struggle and through the pain. Its’ what makes us stronger than most. Where there seems to be no way forward in life. You have to make a way.

August Alsina

In this dark visual, the track is given some assistance by the G.O.O.D Music’s rapper, Pusha T. Although this may be quite the graphic video, it definitely sends a message to many people that have similar emotions to their living situation. As you trolly through this visual, you are given the clips of Pusha and August, as they are both walking through their own murder scenes. As stated earlier, this visual sends a message to many. By the end of the video, the words of a heart felt quote by August, along with additional information to the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline was presented.

Remember everyone, there is always someone you can talk to and there is always someone who’s willing to listen…
