In the first night of Game 2’s in the NBA’s 1st Round tonight, our hometown Chicago Bulls and league leading Golden State Warriors extended their series leads to 2-0 with respective home wins.
Up above was the star of the night, in my objective opinion, because Jimmy Butler provided the Bulls with 31 points and 14 in the 4th Quarter alone to seal a 91-82 victory. The 14 in the 4th were reached in part due to 3 of 3 3s and one message-sending dunk over the new Bulls villain Zaza Pachulia, who scuffled twice with Nikola Mirotic in the waning minutes.
Game 3s for both the Bulls-Bucks and Warriors-Pelicans are on Thursday. Chicago, I got my tickets. Who needs a ride to MKE?
