This for y’all that think I don’t write enough/They just mad ’cause I got the Midas touch. Trigger fingers turn to Twitter fingers.
Drake, not messin’ around.
In the middle of the night, here goes another new track and another Meek Mill diss song. It’s cleverly titled “Back To Back” as he makes the strong power move by not even waiting for Meek’s response to “Charged Up”. Right off the bat, this should address some people’s complaints that Drake was too soft in his initial response. And both of these acting together now cover all the bases (like Joe Carter in the artwork, huh? Clever, Drake.)
I was personally rockin’ with the bars too. They were piercing to Meek and clever just the same. The harder production is the perfect backdrop and balance for the rhymes, and compared to “Charged Up”. Let alone the move itself is brilliant by Drizzy. Now that he has this well-executed second diss, what’s Meek’s move here? Doesn’t a diss track, even if it’s good, fall flat no matter what? Because Drake pretty much ended it with his last few lines and directly saying he’s done talking about this.
My prediction: I bet Meek finally does drop a diss record to save face, even by later today. It’ll be a little successful, have its fair share of quotables, and act as bait for Drake to respond again. He won’t though, and the way it’s looking right now and even after a potential strong response from Meek, the winner is Drizzy. Your thoughts?
LMAO. Plus, the memes already on 10…
