Yesterday, Mickey Factz lit up Shade 45 and Sway in the Morning as he was invited to spit some bars for the “5 Fingers of Death”. And knowing Mick, I knew it would be an instant hit.
That it was.
In fact, it was so cold that Sway and DJ Wonda put on more beats after Mickey ripped through 5. For a few of those songs, Factz was seamlessly off the top referencing objects in the studio and for a few of the others, he spit some ridiculous writtens. What may get the headline, and what got Sway’s own headline, is Mickey’s message to Kanye West. He raps it, then explains it in the interview right after. Go for Governor first, Ye! I dig it.
Keep it rollin for said interview that explores Mickey’s roller coaster career thus far. Very interesting to hear the honest reflections from Factz after following his career all these years. If you’re still sleeping, check out the latest diamond in his career… the new mixtape — Y-3.
