King Louie’s got the 3rd edition of his Drilluminati series — God of Drill — and the Chicago MC tabs a set of intriguing features and producers for the 16 track affair. PARTYNEXTDOOR, Fetty Wap, Dreezy, Cardo, C-Sick, among them. Listen/DL to the surprise mixtape below.
Hit-Boy goes 2 for 1 with 2 new songs and 2 new videos off his forthcoming mixtape.
“Automatically” is my favorite of the two with some tight, personal raps throughout. He actually does the same on the last verse of the second cut “Show Me Something” featuring B. Carr, and I like that beat better, but it’s still “Automatically” that takes it overall.
Needless to say though, I have favorable impressions for both new tracks so watch/listen below.
“Automatically” (prod. Hit-Boy and Smokey Beatz)
“Show Me Something” featuring B. Carr (prod. Cardo w/ Hit-Boy, Haze Banga, Rey Reel & Preach Bal4)
Better than ever, we get the latest release of the Chicago rap-duo, White Gzus [Blanco Caine & Gzus Piece]. Their latest effort “Stackin N Mackin Vol 2” was a no brainer after the stellar debut of the first incarnation of this project’s series. This second edition features Treated Crew brethren Mic Terror, Jon James, as well as an onslaught of phenomenal production from the likes of Mr. E, Cardo, Mike Jaxx, amongst others. All hail White Gzus, in the Black Jesus edition of their cover, pretty clever stuff! In addition, make sure to check out the Chicago Tribune article of White Gzus!
‘Signed To The Streets 2’ is officially here before Melo makes his decision. All fun aside, the 18-track project features French Montana, Migos, Ca$h Out, Cardo, Young Chop amongst more and is hosted by DJ Drama and Don Cannon. Stream/download/enjoy.

Jeezy‘s got a big collab on his hands with Jay Z as “Seen It All” drops tonight, produced by the hometown’s Cardo. This is the title track for the album to drop September 2, it was announced today.
UPDATE: Here it is. Jeezy spits a pretty solid first verse as Hov takes the baton and continues reflecting on the hustler past. I liked Jeezy’s verse overall a little more, though Jay’s was solid too. Not really a hook to this — just straight raps by these two over the catchy loop production that I’m ultimately lukewarm on too. Enjoy!
Hopefully a lyric from this one will be in Jay Bilas’ “I gotta go to work.” tweet tomorrow morning. ICYMI, Bilas and Jeezy met the other day.
Meek Mill & Yo Gotti link again for the Cardo-produced “Know No Better”. No word on where this one ends up, but it’s given the proper single artwork treatment above (I dig most anything with a playing card aesthetic.)
Produced by Cardo, and directed by Terrence A. Jones (Fifteen80 Films, reppin’ #GowhereLA), GLC puts down some slick rhymes and a hometown visual for “Cathedralfied Livin”. He rhymes at the UC and over at PHLI for this quick-hit video above (shouts to Dave Jeff as well). #ISM
