Jeremih & Ty Dolla $ign are sure to have some modern R&B hits on their new collab album and the one I’d like to highlight is found within the corny pun of a headline.
“Perfect Timing” actually follows the enjoyably explicit “FYT” and marks the turning point of the album where I’m really tuned in. You and your partner will likely find some common ground somewhere here.
Listen on iTunes/Apple Music here.
Jeremih’s album has still yet to come out but it looks like the club single he has with Flo Rida that dropped in the springtime is prime for a push this summer.
The music video is in the works and the two took the Jimmy Fallon stage last night to bring it to life live with The Roots (and some crazy, lit-up mannequins who, well, also come to life.) I liked the single when it came out actually and it’s still a go-to nighttime tune so give the live version a look-see above. Jeremih does his thing vocally too, love the little changes on the hook. (And keep a close eye for what looks like the Late Nights: The Album artwork.)
The U.K. and U.S. unite on this fresh remix for “On The Low” as Jeremih & Eric Bellinger hop on board for the new version. They don’t appear, however, in the video that accompanies it, but that’s ok once you realize they’re replaced by sexy ladies.
It may be a little odd at first, but there’s one woman per part who sings or raps the verses word for word, while the video takes on a narrative of its own by tracking each of these ladies under surveillance. It’s at the very least an intriguing viewing and the smooth flows and Maybach Music esque production on the audio should keep this one going for almost 7 minutes. Enjoy.
If Crookers and Jeremih doesn’t intrigue you, perhaps the fact that their video for “I Just Can’t” follows a man in a surreal, bloody heist will.
Wow, I didn’t know this song was that popular.
Natalie La Rose’s “Somebody” currently sits at #11 on the Hot 100 and garnered Ellen’s attention enough for a breakout national performance of the single alongside featured guest Jeremih. So yep, there’s Chicago’s own Jeremih on Ellen too. Watch the performance above ICYMI.
UPDATE: After an early leak, the video officially sees release today. Along with the visuals is the album cover below too.
New visuals from Durk & Jeremih and naturally they take to the Chicago skyline. The story also follows Jeremih with his lady and Lil Durk involved in a dice game. The single off Durk’s Remember My Name album out May 12th.
