Im particularly excited about this project considering I’ve been following Astonish since his AstonishinglyODD Project and now we get the follow up to that project. Astonish delivers his latest masterpiece and what I believe will be a project that turns heads with his “The Who Tape” project that boasts production by Pivot Gang’s Saba, Born Ready Productions, Slot-A, Ikon, among features from Navarro, John Walt, Lungz, and others. For those not familiar with Astonish, this new project is a reminder of why he’s one of the who’s who to listen to in Chicago Hip-Hop.
Pivot Gang reinforcer MFN Melo drops his latest visual “Get Up” off the recently released The Chicago Sight N Sound project by 119 Production & FDC. The video has Pivot Gang all over this very playful visual as we get production from Saba, cameos from Pivot members and some very provocative dancing from Joseph Chilliams which busts some moves for the squad.
We get some new dopiness from Pivot Gang as John Walt releases his latest single “Pineapple Wildwood” produced by Saba. The single will be on John’s forthcoming project Dinner With John that is dropping in early 2015.
Molemen/SRNC emcee Astonish is gearing up for his latest project and enlists Pivot Gang member John Walt on “Oh My God”. The IKON produced track is just one of many great cuts we can expect from Astonish’s forthcoming To Whom It May Concern project.
We get some new Pivot Gang music as a part of MFN Melo’s “MFN Mondays” series. The latest release “Don’t Talk” features MFN Melo, John Walt and Saba over a Saba production. As for Melo, his project MeloDramatics drops in November.
