Eminem ‘Relapse’ x Marvel

Remember those Marvel Hip Hop Variants from a few weeks back? Here’s a new one, super well-done too, merging Eminem’s Relapse album with Scarlet Witch.

“The latest sampling of Marvel’s Hip-Hop variants include nods to lyrical innovators, musical game-changers and one of rap’s biggest stars,” says Marvel Editor In Chief, Axel Alonso. “And who better to do these classic album covers justice than Ed Piskor, Keron Grant and the legendary Bill Sienkiewicz?”

Marvel superhero rap album covers

Now this is pretty cool. And official, too.

Marvel is intending on releasing 50 recreations of classic hip hop album covers by this Fall using their superheroes and a few have leaked today. Browse the gallery above and you’ll see the clever connections, with my favorite being the Iron Man x 50 Cent lead.
