The English electronic duo enlist ‘Tip for all the vox for their abstract new video/single “Go”, up above. Cool, edgy sounds on the production and Q-Tip kills it too. The hook is fitting for the song, but I like Q-Tip more on the verses. As for the visuals, the choreography is impressive, but this one is admittedly hard to wrap my head around. I guess I was expecting some sort of twist that never came. *shrugs* Still cool. Check it out above.
This from instagram yesterday and it looks like Kanye and Dame Dash are putting water under the bridge and working on a new project together — perhaps movies as the caption indicates. Whatever the case, it’s pretty cool and good vibes for the creatives to get back together and produce something new. #cutoutthemiddleman
The thing we don't do historically and culturally is stick together but we are stopping that now if we stick together we don't need any middle men from others cultures… We know we can do it on our own…but we are so powerful together…pause and we have our own money..we already made history in music so we can do that for fun so we're gonna do movies… This is like when Spielberg and Geffen got together and did dreamworks…it's time…me and kanye making movies and my brother Qtip was there to bless the deal #independencewon #cutoutthemiddleman photo by @raquelmhorn @loisaidas @damondashstudios @dressedtokill_ddstudios @toohonorable_ddstudios @qtiptheabstract
What a moment this was. ICYMI, on last night’s Tonight Show, Nas performs the ‘Illmatic’ classic “One Love” with some help from Q-Tip & The Roots with his Illmatic XX album dropping next Tuesday on the 20th anniversary. Great to see the energy from the veteran legends.
