T.I. & Jeezy working on collab album

This is a good move for both T.I. & Jeezy, in my opinion. Both artists have just dropped solo albums and depending on who you ask, the feeling is definitely out there that the albums were just more of the same. Now we’ll see something from the two ATL rappers that we haven’t yet seen to this scale. And hey, isn’t it exciting to see/hear something you haven’t before?? Both spoke to MTV News below…

“We’ve been talking about it for years, but we finally putting the execution part of it in the works. Usually, when we talking about it, either he’s working on finishing his album or I’m working on finishing mine. This is like one of the first times that we both putting our albums out around the same time. I’m done with my process, he’s done with his process, now we can collectively come together and do something together.

“We already have probably about six, seven records. It don’t take us long to put it together. It’s just a matter of actually finding the time to promote it, market it, and actually get it done.”

– T.I.

“Keep your eyes and your ears open. That’s my brother from another right there. We stay in our bag, so, you know, I would just stay focused if I was you.

It’s like we brothers, man. We just vibe. We go in there, have a good time, we make good music. It’s nothing that’s rehearsed or nothing that’s thought about; it’s organic.”

– Young Jeezy

Jeezy f/ Beenie Man & Ty Dolla $ign “Link Up”

Jeezy, Beenie Man, Ty Dolla $ign, and DJ Mustard link up for, umm, “Link Up”. Sorry, I don’t let easy puns go. That said, this is the party single you’d expect given the names involved, but it was definitely fresh to hear Beenie Man’s voice across this sound. Good fun vibes if you want to add it to your collection below.

Jeezy brings out Jay Z @ Powerhouse

NYC’s Power 105 held their Powerhouse concert tonight and highlighting the night was surprise guest, New York’s own Jay Z.

Jeezy brought out Hov for the first ever performance of “Seen It All” by both together on stage. Enjoy above.

T.I., Jeezy, & Watch The Duck on Seth Meyers

T.I. continues his Paperwork promotion with a performance on Seth Meyers. He brought along Jeezy & Watch the Duck for “G Shit”, which I thought was a great choice because now T.I. can say he performed a song called “G Shit” on national TV. Hey, it’s late late night, right?

T.I. f/ Lil Wayne, Jeezy, & Young Thug “About The Money (Remix)”

The street heater “About The Money” from T.I. & Young Thug, now naturally sees a remix. And T.I. brought out the heavy hitters for this one as Jeezy kicks it off, is followed by new rhymes from T.I., then Lil Wayne, then Young Thug with his own new verse. Today’s Lil Wayne head scratcher…

I get m’s like m-m-m-m.

Nevertheless, press play and enjoy. Then scroll for T.I. on Larry King Live. (Yup!)
